About Fauzi

Engineer. Leader. Coach.

The short version

I spent 17 years inside the world's most demanding industries — engineering, solution consulting, and enterprise software for oil and gas, energy, and EPC organisations across Asia-Pacific.

I know what it feels like to be the smartest person in the room on the technical side, and the quietest when the conversation turns to strategy, influence, or leadership.

That gap — between technical excellence and leadership confidence — is where I work now.

Why coaching and AI together

Most AI adoption programmes focus on the technology. They forget that someone has to lead the change. And most leadership coaching ignores the reality that AI is reshaping what leaders need to know.

I bring both together because they belong together. Technology adopted by people who are ready to lead it.

What working with me is like

Direct, structured, and practical. I ask hard questions, but I ask them with genuine curiosity, not judgement. I give you a roadmap and hold you accountable to it.

I have been on the other side of the table — pitching to sceptical executives, managing cross-cultural teams, navigating corporate politics in Singapore and Jakarta. I coach from lived experience, not a textbook.
